NC Health Support Center, Inc (NCHSC) is a private, non-profit charitable 501(c)(3) organization that provides preventative medical, dental, pharmaceutical services, eye exams, mammogram screenings, and family support systems. All services are free to everyone. In addition, we offer free transportation to and from the center. NCHSC has partnerships with Pitt Partners for Health, Social Services of  North Carolina, American Red Cross, North Carolina Health Department and area churches.
